QuadraMed Awarded Two New MPI Clean-up Services Contracts

PLANO, TX—QuadraMed Patient Identity Solutions, a division of Harris Healthcare, today announced it has been awarded two competitive contracts for its Master Patient Index (MPI) Clean-Up services by Skagit Regional Health, Mount Vernon, Washington, and San Joaquin General Hospital, French Camp, California. Preliminary work has already begun on both projects by the QuadraMed clean-up services team at its centralized operations center in Plano, Texas.

Skagit Regional Health includes the 137-bed Skagit Valley Hospital and its 11 clinics, as well as Cascade Valley Hospital and Clinics, headquartered in Arlington, Washington. After QuadraMed completes the clean-up project, the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system will be deployed.

San Joaquin General Hospital is licensed for 181 beds, and also operates a clinic in Stockton, California. It is in the process of implementing the Cerner EMR.
