Call For Presentations

The 2008 QuadraMed User Group invites you to submit a proposal for presentation at the 2008 conference. The Conference Planning Committee is interested in seeing proposals on any topic that falls within the full spectrum of interests of our attendees.

Presentation Guidelines

• All presentations should utilize Microsoft PowerPoint software.

• Speakers will have their regular conference registration fees waived or discounted.  Facilities will receive 1 complimentary registration per presentation.   Facilities will receive a $250 registration discount for participating in a panel presentation.

• It is the policy of the User Group not to pay honoraria or travel expenses for speakers at the annual conference.

• Individuals may submit multiple presentation proposals to better serve the full spectrum of interests.

• Multiple presenters, from different facilities, in a single session are encouraged in order to foster the exchange of ideas - due to 90 minute time constraint, the number of presenters will be limited to 3.

Submission Requirements

Please submit the following:

1. Completed Proposal Application.
2. 1 - 2 page typed outline - upon approval, final PowerPoint presentations will be due.
3. 30 word abstract for brochure - please be sure to include this with your completed proposal application so we can publish the abstracts in advance of the conference.
4. Speaker biography (ies)

The application must be received at QuadraMed by March 7, 2008 for consideration.
