Reston, VA — November 5, 2007 — RESTON, VA – (November 5, 2007) – QuadraMed® Corporation (Amex: QD) announced today that it expects to release its third quarter 2007 financial results on Tuesday, November 13, 2007. Management will review these results in an investment community conference call on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 4:00 PM Eastern (1:00 PM Pacific).

In addition, in connection with the closing of QuadraMed's acquisition of the Misys Computerized Patient Record ("CPR") business and related assets, management will discuss the audited Misys CPR historical financial statements for the Misys fiscal years ended May 31, 2007, 2006 and 2005, and the unaudited Misys CPR historical financial information as of and for the six months ended May 31, 2007 and for the twelve months ended November 30, 2006. These unaudited statements, together with QuadraMed's historical financial statements, will comprise presentations that will have been prepared on a pro forma basis as if QuadraMed had owned and operated the entire Misys CPR business exactly as, and under the same conditions that, Misys operated such business during those historical periods. During the conference call, management will differentiate between these required "as operated" financials and the "as QuadraMed" financials. QuadraMed expects to file these audited financial statements and unaudited proforma presentations, as required by Regulation S-X Rule 3-05, on Form 8-K/A by Friday, November 9, 2007.

To ensure fair dissemination of information, management will not answer any questions regarding QuadraMed's results or the contents of the Form 8-K/A until the conference call on November 13th.
