Problem List

QCPR’s Problem List application is easy to use and integrated into the patient’s medical record. It serves to create the “patient story“ by linking problems with diagnostic or therapeutic interventions. It uses problem-based order sets to associate clinical information with specific medical issues. Problem List also serves to facilitate management of the patient’s chronic medical conditions.

Linking diagnoses to specific order sets assists the clinical workflow process. Problem List gives healthcare providers an overview of the patient’s problems. Providers can add codified problems, filter the list, and review and edit current and previous patient problems. Problem List facilitates order entry from the list as well as the ability to associate documentation to specific problems.
