Interoperability is the ability to exchange patient data and other information between healthcare providers. QCPR provides clinicians with the appropriate tools to securely share with the community a standard or customized summary of patient clinical information. QCPR generates and receives the HL7 Consolidated-Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) standard documents required by the Meaningful Use 2014 Edition. The C-CDA can be securely exchanged with a provider, health information exchange, or registry.
