The CPR product has been acquired by QuadraMed as of Friday September 21, 2007. QuadraMed is now handling Client Support. For client support on the CPR product please call 1-877-823-7263.
You can download the Quadramed Client Support manual from here. Modifications will be made to this document to incorporate the CPR product line with respect to case management and service level agreements.

You can access support via the web at https://customersupport.quadramed.com and report your non-critical question/issue at your convenience 24/7, 365 days a year. Logins have been created and sent via e-mail to all of the contacts we received from Misys who used the Siebel self service module. If you have not received a login for this Self Service portal by close of business 9/24, please contact us at clientsupport@quadramed.com for assistance. Using Web Self Service allows you to not only create cases but to manage them and keep in contact with the Support team regarding your question/issue.
Escalating Support Issues
Why do support issues get escalated? There are a variety of reasons, and in each case, QuadraMed makes every effort to provide prompt resolution.
In the event that QuadraMed Service Level Agreements are not met, our Client Support team provides a method for increasing internal awareness of your issue(s). It is important to keep in mind that you should begin the escalation process with the assigned analyst, and then follow the chain of command upward.
