Our History
QuadraMed was founded in 1993 with the goal of assisting healthcare providers to improve productivity, ensure regulatory and legal compliance, and enhance the quality of patient care and safety. We market our software applications and related services primarily to hospitals and health systems and their associated facilities throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia.
Our product development efforts include our ARRA-certified electronic health record solution, QuadraMed Computerized Patient Record, as well as our innovative, computerized physician order entry application and the first fully integrated, ICD-10 compliant, health information management product suite, Quantim, which includes coding and compliance, computer-assisted coding, abstracting, electronic document management, clinical documentation improvement, and record management solutions.
QuadraMed is now uniquely positioned as a leader in several key healthcare information technology market segments, including ICD-10 preparation software and services, and access/identity management (#1 in KLAS).
